I was watching a funny video one day (you can find it below) and I thought about this: is it really possible to build a business alone? I think – no. Maybe to a certain level. Maybe to a few thousand dollars per month. And even then you will be working all day long. I see so many people doing this and they look funny (like a person in that video below, lol)
I really believe that the key to success is to let others do things you are doing yourself – that way you will have much more time and you will be able to focus on things that really matter or that are really funny activities, like watching this video:

So, I strongly encourage you to go and see if you can outsource what you are doing in your business right now. Maybe you are doing a lot of ad swaps and that takes maybe an hour or two per day. Go and find someone to do this for you, like I did. It is an easy task to outsource.
Believe me, it is not that hard to outsource. It’s really easy, once you know how to do it. Sure, you will make some mistakes in the beginning, but it will be worth it in the end, because you will be working ten times less, but making ten times more money.
Also, in terms of outsourcing, I think that it is very important to trust people. Sure, you will get burnt several times, you will feel bogged down a little bit, but without trusting people, you will not be able to build a huge business ever.

Don’t make my mistakes…
Just spend more time looking for GOOD people. I learned this from Lee McIntyre. I really think it is better to invest some time in hiring people than to have big problems with them later. Though, if you do make a bad hiring decision, get rid of them FAST.
When you first think that this person may not be for you, it is time to FIRE them. Do not waste your time with them and do not think they will change. In general, people never change, because they are wussies who blame others. I made this mistake… do not make this mistake! (by the way, if you are not a wussy, click here to watch this funny video)
